David James are pleased to announce that following a strategic review of our business and subsequent decision to focus on Residential Sales and Rural and Commercial agency, we have agreed a sale of our lettings portfolio to Wales’ largest estate and letting agent, Peter Alan Ltd.
This acquisition will see David James' existing team of lettings staff and services moving to Peter Alan’s Chepstow and Monmouth offices, and over the coming weeks, begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name. All properties will continue to be let and managed as usual by the existing team, with support from the local Peter Alan branches. Please continue to deal with the property management team as normal, using their existing contact details.
As key players in the property industry Peter Alan will enhance the previous David James proposition with additional benefits and services. This will include wider coverage and increased marketing whilst maintaining the high level of customer service you are used to.
